Challenging Topics at GCSE

The aim of the workgroup is to support whole departments in the planning and teaching of challenging topics at GCSE. This will be a great opportunity to work with staff from a variety of schools to develop good practise which can be brought back to benefit your own department. Through the lens of planning for ratio and proportion and trigonometry, approaches to improve outcomes in a range of different topics will be considered.

Who should attend

Anybody involved teaching across KS3 and KS4 but preferably 2 teachers of varying experience from each participating school.
