The Alliance for Learning firmly believe that schools can only be successful if their staff are motivated and have opportunities to develop their potential.

That’s why, to meet the needs of schools and teachers alike, we offer a wide range of high quality, professional qualifications and non-accredited short courses. Our packages are designed to suit the developing needs of your teams, link closely to school development planning and ensure impact within the classroom and at all levels throughout the school.

We also understand that time is precious and it is not always feasible to release staff to attend our programmes, which is why our in-house training service allows you as much flexibility as you need, whether you’re looking to have an existing course delivered in your school or if you want something completely customised; our in-house service gives you that flexibility to train groups of staff on important topics cost effectively and at one time.

We can provide bespoke sessions that range from 2 hour twilights and half day workshops, focused on one specific area of interest; through to a full/2 day focused training days that may cover a number of different areas of interest.
