Mental ill health costs UK employers an estimated £34.9 billion each year – the equivalent of £1,300 for every employee in the UK workforce. Of course, these statistics simply look at financial implications and while this is of value, our training helps to consider the individuals in the workplace experiencing these mental health struggles and explores what can be done to help.
